"Cecilia Gaetani, [who until now was unknown to the author of these lines], is the complete package as the title character. [A singer] who is convincing vocally, theatrically, and visually. The name should be remembered."
Online Merkur, Michael Koling
"The pretty Italian, Cecilia Gaetani, has a fantastic soprano."
Süddeutsche Zeitung, Klaus Kalchschmid
"The coloratura-savvy Cecilia Gaetani, in particular, is allowed to exploit the full emotional spectrum as the titular heroine (Talestri) [...]. She confidently asserts the central prima donna role and, with her great aria in the final act, ensures one of the most moving moments of the evening."
Münchner Merkur, Tobias Hell
"The young singers are absolutely stunning, especially Cecila Gaetani, who is enchantingly touching in the title role (Talestri)."
Süddeutsche Zeitung, Egbert Tholl
"In Rita by Gaetano Donizetti, Cecilia Gaetani, born in Venice, creates a charming portrait of the titular heroine. Her [voice] feels closed and velvety on the surface and harmoniously combines the pleasant height with an enviable depth that is worth listening to. Between easy-paced parlando and lyrical, even delicately melancholic tones, she presents the entire spectrum of her vocal range in just under an hour."
Abend Zeitung, Michael Bastian Weiß
"Cecilia Gaetani is an Abra with a brilliant timbre, vivid musicality, accented with bite [while] always respecting the style."
L’ape musicale, Roberta Pedrotti
"In the role of Abra we find Cecilia Gaetani, with a beautiful, bright and secure timbre, well placed in the role of Giuditta's anxious and faithful handmaid."
Operaclick, Martino Pinali
